释义	法律没有关于辞职报告有效期的规定，如果确实提前30日提交了辞职报告，可以依法解除劳动关系。劳动者辞职提前三十天书面通知用人单位，三十天的规定的最少天数。劳动者辞职未被批准，劳动者应及时将辞职申请要回。否则用人单位可以根据这书面辞职申请随时解除劳动合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十一条劳动者解除劳动合同，应当提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位。
