释义	法律分析：不可抗力因素造成合同违约的，违约方不需要承担违约责任，所以一般不需要赔偿，但法律另有规定除外。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百四十八条如债务人系因不可抗力或事变而未履行给付或作为债务，或违反约定从事禁止的行为时，不发生赔偿损害的责任”。因此，我们在界定“免除责任”的范围时也应作相类似的理解，不能任意扩大。譬如买卖合同中卖方收取定金后遭遇不可抗力，致合同不能履行，卖方可免除双倍返还定金的违约的责任，但不能扩大到卖方返还原定金的义务也可以一同免除。
