释义	法律分析：犯罪嫌疑人在醉酒状态被带至派出所醒酒，这段时间不应算到传唤时间里。法律依据：《公安机关办理行政案件程序规定》第三十七条违法嫌疑人在醉酒状态中，对本人有危险或者对他人的人身、财产或者公共安全有威胁的，可以对其采取保护性措施约束至酒醒，也可以通知其所属单位或者家属将其领回看管。对行为举止失控的醉酒人，可以使用约束带或者警绳等进行约束，但是不得使用手铐等警械。约束过程中，应当注意监护。确认醉酒人酒醒后，应当立即解除约束，并进行询问。约束时间不计算在询问查证时间内。
