释义	从2018年开始，应届生的身份就可以保留两年。这是教育部最新规定，现已经没有暂缓就业的证明，以前有暂缓就业证明就可以保留一年应届生身份。现在教育部规定就是不需要证明，直接保留应届生身份两年。法律依据：《中华人民共和国教育法》第二十三条国家实行学位制度。学位授予单位依法对达到一定学术水平或者专业技术水平的人员授予相应的学位，颁发学位证书。
