释义	法律分析：与情人开房虽然不违法，在道德上是要受到谴责的，法律上也不保护这种行为，警察也不会管。但是如果涉嫌卖淫嫖娼，会受到治安处罚。与情人开房，如果双方有任何一人已婚的话，违反婚姻法里的规定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处10日以上15日以下拘留，可以并处5000元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款。
