河北婚假多少天2023年新规定

河南省婚假是21天，根据《河南省人口与计划生育条例》，办理婚姻登记的夫妻，除国家规定的婚假外，增加婚假十八日。国家规定的婚假是3天，所以一共是21天。如果夫妻参加婚前医学检查的，再增加婚假七日。所以婚假一共是28天。职工在婚假期间视为出勤，正常发放工资。

《国家劳动总局、财政部关于国营企业职工请婚丧假和路程假问题的通知》第一条职工本人结婚时，可以根据具体情况，由本单位行政领导批准，酌情给予一至三天的婚假。
