释义	法律分析： “入社自愿，退社自由”既是合作社坚持的基本原则，也是合作社成员的基本权利。退社的权利是农民自主的权利，即当农民在生产经营过程中不愿意或者客观上不能利用合作社提供的服务时就可以选择退出。法律依据：《中华人民共和国农民专业合作社法》第二十五条农民专业合作社成员要求退社的，应当在会计年度终了的三个月前向理事长或者理事会提出书面申请；其中，企业、事业单位或者社会组织成员退社，应当在会计年度终了的六个月前提出；章程另有规定的，从其规定。退社成员的成员资格自会计年度终了时终止。
