释义	法律分析：直系血亲是指有直系关系的亲属，从自身往上数的亲生父母、祖父母(外祖父母)等均为长辈直系血亲。从自身往下数的亲生子女、孙子女、外孙子女均为晚辈直系血亲，是与自己同一血缘的亲属。而兄弟姐妹、伯伯、叔叔、姨母和侄、甥等这些平辈、长辈、晚辈，都是旁系血亲。凡兄弟姐妹、堂兄弟姐妹、表兄弟姐妹，以及姑侄舅甥女等均属三代以内旁系血亲，均禁止结婚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十八条直系血亲或者三代以内的旁系血亲禁止结婚。
