释义	法律分析: 社保暂停缴费是指，劳动者因处以离职状态，没有用人单位为其缴纳社保，社保处以暂停缴纳状态，在劳动者入职后用人单位缴纳社保后会恢复缴费状态。法律依据: 《社会保险费征缴暂行条例》第四条缴费单位、缴费个人应当按时足额缴纳社会保险费。征缴的社会保险费纳入社会保险基金，专款专用，任何单位和个人不得挪用。第十二条缴费单位和缴费个人应当以货币形式全额缴纳社会保险费。缴费个人应当缴纳的社会保险费，由所在单位从其本人工资中代扣代缴。社会保险费不得减免。
