释义	法律分析：一夫一妻制，又称个体婚制，是相对于群体婚制而言的，是指一男一女结为夫妻的婚姻制度。包括下列三个方面的含义： 1、在一夫一妻制度下，任何人，无论其地位高低、财产多寡，都不得同时有两个以上的配偶； 2、己婚者在配偶死亡或离婚之前，不得再行结婚； 3、一切公开的、隐蔽的一夫多妻或一妻多夫的两性关系都是非法的。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零四十一条，婚姻家庭受国家保护。实行婚姻自由、一夫一妻、男女平等的婚姻制度。（《民法典》生效时间为2021年1月1日）
