发票章不清楚影响嘛？
释义
主要看发票真伪，相关经济业务是否真实发生。对于认证并不影响，只要发票密码区、票面金额等信息完整，清晰。
但是如果因为发票章模糊，重新盖一个，那发票就不能认证。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国发票管理办法、实施细则》 第二十八条 单位和个人在开具发票时，必须做到按照号码顺序填开，填写项目齐全，内容真实，字迹清楚，全部联次一次打印，内容完全一致，并在发票联和抵扣联加盖发票专用章。
