释义	法律分析： (一)出租人和承租人重新签房屋租赁合同。 (二)出租人在合同到期后收回出租房屋。 (三)续租。法律依据：《城市房屋租赁管理办法》第十条房屋租赁期限届满，租赁合同终止。承租人需要继续租用的，应当在租赁期限届满前3个月提出，并经出租人同意，重新签定租赁合同。所以租户若想续租，应当提前签好合同，否则就趁早寻找新房屋，免得到时无处安置。
