释义	法律分析: 一般说，再审已经被驳以后就不能再申请再审了，之后就只能向法院申诉，效力就完全不一样了。法律依据: 《关于受理审查民事申请再审案件的若干意见》第三十一条再审申请被裁定驳后，申请再审人以相同理由再次申请再审的，不作为申请再审案件审查处理。申请再审人不服驳其再审申请的裁定，向作出驳裁定法院的上一级法院申请再审的，不作为申请再审案件审查处理。
