释义	法律分析：可以要求支付利息，参照银行同类贷款利率计息。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于人民法院审理借贷案件的若干意见》第八条借贷双方对有无约定利率发生争议，又不能证明的，可参照银行同类贷款利率计息。第九条公民之间的定期无息借贷，出借人要求借款人偿付逾期利息，或者不定期无息贷款经催告不还，出借人要求偿付催告后利息的，可参照银行同类贷款的利率计息。
