法律分析：
被遗弃的动物在遗弃期间咬伤他人的，原主人应当承担侵权责任。饲养动物致人损害的，动物饲养人或者管理人应当承担侵权责任，目的是要促使动物饲养人或者管理人能够认真负责的担负起面的注意、防范义务，以保护公众的安全。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千二百四十九条 遗弃、逃逸的动物在遗弃、逃逸期间造成他人损害的，由动物原饲养人或者管理人承担侵权责任。
