释义	猥亵指性交以外的淫秽性的下流行为。具体表现为行为人为了追求性的刺激，以满足其变态性欲，对他人的身体进行抠摸、搂抱、鸡奸等。猥亵最轻要处罚拘役，一般的处理为三年左右的刑期。【法律依据】《刑法》第二百三十七条，以暴力、胁迫或者其他方法强制猥亵他人或者侮辱妇女的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。聚众或者在公共场所当众犯前款罪的，或者有其他恶劣情节的，处五年以上有期徒刑。
