释义	法律分析: 离婚协议在双方协商一致的情况下可以自行撤销。但是如果一方不同意撤销，就只能向法院起诉要求撤销该协议。法院审理后如果没有发现欺诈和胁迫的情形，一般不会准予撤销离婚协议。法律依据:《最高人民法院关于适用婚姻家庭编的解释（一）》第七十条夫妻双方协议离婚后就财产分割问题反悔，请求撤销财产分割协议的，人民法院应当受理。人民法院审理后，未发现订立财产分割协议时存在欺诈、胁迫等情形的，应当依法驳回当事人的诉讼请求。
