释义	法律分析：同居，是指两个人出于某种目的而暂时居住在一起，现一般用于异性之间。而事实婚姻，是指没有配偶的男女，未进行结婚登记，便以夫妻关系同居生活，群众也认为是夫妻关系的两性结合。新的婚姻法已经取消了事实婚姻，也就是说，现在法律不承认事实婚姻，只承认已经登记有合法手续的婚姻。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十九条要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。
