买卖流通纪念币违法吗
释义
买卖纪念币不违法。但买卖流通中的人民币是违法的。比如目前仍在流通的第四、第五套人民币。但买卖已作废的人民币是合法的。
法条参考：
《中华人民共和国人民币管理条例》第二十五条 禁止非法买卖流通人民币。纪念币的买卖，应当遵守中国人民银行的有关规定。
