释义	欠房租房东锁门是不合法的。租赁行为是房屋出租人和承租人通过签订租赁合同，一方交付房屋的使用权，一方交纳租金的行为。承租方不交房租，房东应该先进行催告，催告后还不交的，房东有权请求解除合同。但是，在租赁合同没有解除前，承租人仍然有房屋使用权，房东是无权锁门的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十八条一方以欺诈手段，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下实施的民事法律行为，受欺诈方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
