释义	法律分析：违法。企业可以有4种存款账户。出纳是按照有关规定和制度，办理本单位的现金收付、银行结算及有关账务，保管库存现金、有价证券、财务印章及有关票据等工作的总称。基本存款账户、一般存款账户、临时存款账户、专用存款账户，但是主体都是企业。出纳用自己的私人账户违反了会计的相关规定。被税务机关查到，轻则罚款，重则触犯法律，需刑拘。法律依据：《中华人民共和国会计法》第三十七条会计机构内部应当建立稽核制度。出纳人员不得兼任稽核、会计档案保管和收入、支出、费用、债权债务帐目的登记工作。
