释义	法律分析：夫妻间的签订的承诺书，其内容条款合法，并且没有和法律相抵触的话，就是具有法律效力的。也就是说，夫妻之间的承诺书，首先要形式合法。其次内容方面，关于财产分配的保证是有效的，但是对于涉及身份的内容，如禁止再婚、禁止离婚等约定，则是无效的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百八十四条以通知方式作出的承诺，生效的时间适用本法第一百三十七条的规定。承诺不需要通知的，根据交易习惯或者要约的要求作出承诺的行为时生效。
