释义	法律分析：债务纠纷的原告可以撤诉，但申请撤诉应当符合下列条件：申请撤诉的人必须是原告或者原告特别授权的委托代理人。原告无诉讼能力的，由其法定代理人提出。原告申请撤诉必须完全自愿。原告在提出撤诉申请的时候，不得侵犯国家或者集体以及其它公民的合法权益，也不能违反公序良俗等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十五条宣判前，原告申请撤诉的，是否准许，由人民法院裁定。人民法院裁定不准许撤诉的，原告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，可以缺席判决。
