释义	以暴力、胁迫或者其他方法强制猥亵他人的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。聚众或者在公共场所当众犯前款罪的，或者有其他恶劣情节的，处五年以上有期徒刑。其他情节恶劣，是指除聚众或者在公共场所当众猥亵他人以外的恶劣情节，例如，因猥亵他人致被害人严重精神抑郁，或者引起被害人自杀、因自杀而重伤等情形。【法律依据】《刑法》第二百三十七条，以暴力、胁迫或者其他方法强制猥亵他人或者侮辱妇女的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。聚众或者在公共场所当众犯前款罪的，或者有其他恶劣情节的，处五年以上有期徒刑。
