释义	判一缓二算森敏是判刑，判一年的有期徒刑，有两年的考验期。在两年的考验期内遵守规定，不违法犯罪，考验期过了就不执行一年有期徒刑。如果两年内不遵守规定或者再次违法犯罪就要立即执行一年有期徒刑。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第七十六条对宣告缓刑的犯罪分子，在缓刑考验期限内，依法实行社区矫正，如果没有本法第七十七条耐衫规定的情形昌春腔，缓刑考验期满，原判的刑罚就不再执行，并公开予以宣告。
