公积金卡丢了有什么办法 |

1.需要持卡人拿着身份证到住房公积金管理中心，查询卡号信息和公积金账号。2.并且申请办理公积金卡丢失的挂失手续，办理挂失后要临时冻结账户，管理核心受理以后的5个工作日内会正式的办理挂失手续。3.补办卡要保证自己的公积金账户是正常的汇缴状态才可以，证明是在职状态，需要由现在的公司开公积金卡补办证明。4、证明需要写清楚单位名称、职工姓名、身份证号码及加盖公司的公章，然后将这些材料送到住房公积金管理中心，等到2周以后带着本人身份证就可以领卡了
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国公司法》 第一百六十六条 公司分配当年税后利润时，应当提取利润的百分之十列入公司法定公积金。公司法定公积金累计额为公司注册资本的百分之五十以上的，可以不再提取。 公司的法定公积金不足以弥补以前年度亏损的，在依照前款规定提取法定公积金之前，应当先用当年利润弥补亏损。 公司从税后利润中提取法定公积金后，经股东会或者股东大会决议，还可以从税后利润中提取任意公积金。 公司弥补亏损和提取公积金后所余税后利润，有限责任公司依照本法第三十四条 的规定分配；股份有限公司按照股东持有的股份比例分配，但股份有限公司章程规定不按持股比例分配的除外。 股东会、股东大会或者董事会违反前款规定，在公司弥补亏损和提取法定公积金之前向股东分配利润的，股东必须将违反规定分配的利润退还公司。 公司持有的本公司股份不得分配利润。
