释义	法律分析：如果是有期徒刑以上的，当然要吊销教师资格证。受到剥夺政治权利或故意犯罪被判有期徒刑以上刑事处罚的人员，已经获得教师资格的，丧失教师资格。丧失教师资格者，由其工作单位或者户籍所在地相应的县级以上人民政府教育行政部门按照教师资格认定权限会同原发证机关办理注销手续，收缴证书，归档备案。法律依据：《中华人民共和国教师法》第十四条受到剥夺政治权利或者故意犯罪受到有期徒刑以上刑事处罚的，不能取得教师资格；已经取得教师资格的，丧失教师资格。
