释义	法律分析：买卖无产权证的阁楼是当事人真实意思表示时，具有法律效力，但阁楼不能办理过户登记。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效： (一)行为人具有相应的民事行为能力(二)意思表示真实(三)不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。第二百零九条不动产物权的设立、变更、转让和消灭，经依法登记，发生效力经登记，不发生效力，但是法律另有规定的除外。依法属于国家所有的自然资源，所有权可以不登记。
