释义	法律分析：对犯罪嫌疑人予以逮捕，人可以关押在看守所，公安机关都必须在逮捕后的二十四小时以内进行讯问。在发现不应当逮捕的时候，必须立即释放，发给释放证明。法律依据：《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第一百四十条规定，依法逮捕后，公安机关对被逮捕的人，必须在逮捕后的二十四小时以内进行讯问。发现不应当逮捕的，经县级以上公安机关负责人批准，制作释放通知书，送看守所和原批准逮捕的人民检察院。看守所凭释放通知书立即释放被逮捕人，并发给释放证明书。
