不同服务项目的收费标准是不一样的。按照市物价部门有关规定，其服务项目的收费标准是：
(一)房地产经纪收费
房地产经纪收费是房地产专业经纪人接受委托，进行代理收取的佣金。房地产经纪收费根据代理项目的不同，实行不同的收费标准。
房屋买卖代理收费，按成交价格总额分档累退计收
(二)房地产咨询服务费。
房地产中介服务机构应委托人要求，提供有关房地产政策、法规、技术、信息等咨询服务，可收取房地产咨询服务费。
