中小型企业注册资本一般是多少呢 |

1、注册资本的多少，其实与公司大小没有太大关系，公司大小一般按雇员人数来划分。一般500人以下的公司都是小公司，中型公司为500——2000人，2000人以上的公司为大型公司。另外，要看所从事的业务有多大规模，还有，公司占用非自有资本的能力如何。2、小微企业标准：主要包括三个标准，一是资产总额，工业企业不超过3000万元，其他企业不超过1000万元;二是从业人数，工业企业不超过100人，其他企业不超过80人;三是税收指标，年度应纳税所得额不超过30万元。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第二十六条 有限责任公司的注册资本为在公司登记机关登记的全体股东认缴的出资额。法律、行政法规以及国务院决定对有限责任公司注册资本实缴、注册资本最低限额另有规定的，从其规定。第八十条股份有限公司采取发起设立方式设立的，注册资本为在公司登记机关登记的全体发起人认购的股本总额。在发起人认购的股份缴足前，不得向他人募集股份。股份有限公司采取募集方式设立的，注册资本为在公司登记机关登记的实收股本总额。法律、行政法规以及国务院决定对股份有限公司注册资本实缴、注册资本最低限额另有规定的，从其规定。
