释义	重婚是不属于亲告罪的，亲告罪是指受害人告诉才处理、不告诉不处理的犯罪，受害人不告诉的情况下即使司法机关知道侵害事实的发生也不予处理。亲告罪，又称告乃论、告乃理、告诉才处理的犯罪，指有告诉权的人的告诉为追诉条件的犯罪，或者指刑法明文规定需要被害人告诉才处理的犯罪。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十二条，禁止包办、买卖婚姻和其他干涉婚姻自由的行为。禁止借婚姻索取财物。禁止重婚。禁止有配偶者与他人同居。禁止家庭暴力。禁止家庭成员间的虐待和遗弃。
