释义	法律分析：胁迫，是指一方采用违法手段，威胁对方与自己订立合同，被胁迫一方因恐惧而订立合同。被胁迫一方也有意思表示，因此被胁迫订立的合同，与其他可撤销的合同一样，也是成立的合同。如果采用暴力手段，拿着别人的手指盖章或签字，这种情况称为“绝对强制”或“人身强制”，当事人之间根本不存在合同，不能按可撤销合同处理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十七条基于重大误解实施的民事法律行为，行为人有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
