政务网法人变更流程是什么？

网上申请变更法人的流程：
1、网上搜索当地的市场监督局的网站，点击商事主体登记注册的办理入口；
2、登录自己的政务服务网账号，点击办理商事主体变更（备案）登记；
3、按要求输入需要变更的公司名称及社会统一信用代码，按要求操作变更法人填入信息；
4、法人变更的事项填入到章程修正案后，提交所有信息即可。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国公司登记管理条例》 第三十条 公司变更法定代表人的，应当自变更决议或者决定作出之日起30日内申请变更登记。
