婚假是否会扣钱么？

婚假是有工资的。婚假工资应当按照劳动合同约定的工资标准计算。根据劳动部《中华人民共和国工资支付暂行规定》第十一条规定，劳动者婚假期间，用人单位应当按照劳动合同规定的工资标准支付劳动者工资。劳动合同规定的工资标准，是指劳动合同规定的劳动者本人所在的岗位(职位)相对应的工资标准。
法律依据：根据《中华人民共和国工资支付暂行规定》第十一条规定：劳动者依法享受年休假、探亲假、婚假、丧假期间，用人单位应按劳动合同规定的标准支付劳动者工资。
