释义	法律分析: 对于乘客来说，公交车急刹车至乘客受伤的，能要求公交公司赔偿。法律依据: 《最高人民法院关于审理人身损害赔偿案件适用法律若干问题的解释》第八条法人或者其他组织的法定代表人、负责人以及工作人员，在执行职务中致人损害的，依照民法通则第一百二十一条的规定，由该法人或者其他组织承担民事责任。上述人员实施与职务无关的行为致人损害的，应当由行为人承担赔偿责任。属于《国家赔偿法》赔偿事由的，依照《国家赔偿法》的规定处理。
