释义	法律分析：并不是。坐牢和黑户没有必然的联系。但是可能因为没缴纳罚金，按照本人没有执行原判决处理，所以，被列入了“黑户”。按照《刑法》规定，罚金属于附加刑，被同时判处附加刑的，当事人应该依法执行附加刑。如果没有执行，就有可能被列入“征信黑名单”。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三十四条附加刑的种类如下： (一)罚金； (二)剥夺政治权利； (三)没收财产。附加刑也可以独立适用。
