毕业了考教资需要回户籍所在地考么 |

教资报名可以不在户籍地报考，已经毕业的考生除了在户籍地报考，还可以在能办理居住证的城市报考；在校生除了在户籍地报考，还能在学校所在地报考。
需要在注意的是，报考教师资格证时考生报名的考区选择应符合以下三个要求之一：
1、户籍所在地级市考区;
2、居住证所在地级市考区;
3、学籍所在地级市考区。
如果是在校生，毫无疑问只要选择学籍所在地就可以了。
如果是户籍地的社会考生，选择考区时只要选择户籍地就行。
如果是非户籍地的社会考生，在选择考区时就要慎重了，在报考之前一定要考虑清楚是想要回户籍地考试还是在工作所在地考试，回户籍地考试考区就选择户籍地，如果在工作地考试，就需要提前准备好工作所在地的居住证明。

第八条
不具备教师法规定的教师资格学历的公民，申请获得教师资格，应当通过国家举办的或者认可的教师资格考试。
第九条
教师资格考试科目、标准和考试大纲由国务院教育行政部门审定。 教师资格考试试卷的编制、考务工作和考试成绩证明的发放，属于幼儿园、小学、初级中学、高级中学、中等职业学校教师资格考试和中等职业学校实习指导教师资格考试的，由县级以上人民政府教育行政部门组织实施；属于高等学校教师资格考试的，由国务院教育行政部门或者省、自治区、直辖市人民政府教育行政部门委托的高等学校组织实施。
