释义	未到一年，基本工资还是可以按实际上班时间算的，但是要满一年以上的福利、补贴、奖金等一般就不会有了。根据劳动法，工资的支付周期不应超过一个月，年薪制也不例外。实行年薪制的，企业应当每月预付工资，年终结算。因此，虽然年薪是在年终结算的，但仍需按月预付，绝对不可以在年度结束后才支付。法律依据：《劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
