释义	法律分析：不可抗力应从以下方面认定：1、不可预见性，不可抗力的事件必须是有关当事人在订立合同时，对这个事件是否会发生是不可能预见到的；2、不可避免性，即客观上并不能阻止这一意外情况的发生；3、不可克服性，当事人对于意外发生的某一个事件所造成的损失不能克服；4、履行期间性，必须在合同的履行期间内发生的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十条因不可抗力不能履行民事义务的，不承担民事责任。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。不可抗力是不能预见、不能避免且不能克服的客观情况。
