释义	法律分析：显失公平的合同效力待定。当事人在撤销期限内撤销的，合同自始不发生效力；超过期限没有行使撤销权的，合同生效，对当事人产生法律约束力。法律规定，无效的或者被撤销的民事法律行为自始没有法律约束力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十一条一方利用对方处于危困状态、缺乏判断能力等情形，致使民事法律行为成立时显失公平的，受损害方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。第一百五十五条无效的或者被撤销的民事法律行为自始没有法律约束力。
