释义	法律分析：合同明显不公平的属于显失公平的合同，权利受损害的一方可以请求法院或者仲裁机构撤销。显失公平表现为一方要承担更多的义务而享受极少的权利或者在经济利益上要遭受重大损失，而另一方则以较少的代价获得较大的利益，承担极少的义务而获得更多的权利。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十一条一方利用对方处于危困状态、缺乏判断能力等情形，致使民事法律行为成立时显失公平的，受损害方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
