释义	法律分析：承租人在出租人同意的情况下可以转租，在转租的时候也是应该签订租赁合同的，要是被二房东设圈套签合同的话，该合同在性质上是可以撤销的，根据合同法的相关规定，一方以欺诈的手段使对方在违背自己真实意思而签订合同的，受害方可以申请撤销合同。出现这种情况受害人可以先与二房东协商处理，协商无果的才到人民法院起诉申请撤销合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十八条一方以欺诈手段，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下实施的民事法律行为，受欺诈方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
