释义	法律分析：林地分为人工林地、防护林地、天然林地、特殊用途林地等等林地。我国现行的法律法规中没有关于征占用林地的统一补偿标准。不同的林地区别获得的补偿不一样。一般来说，按照林地的面积、疏密程度来进行计算补偿标准，在获得补偿的同时，还应获得植被的恢复费用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国土地管理法》第四十七条被征收土地上的附着物和青苗的补偿标准，由省、自治区、直辖市规定。
