释义	法律分析：拾得遗失物、漂流物或者失散的饲养动物，应当归还失主，因此而支出的费用由失主偿还。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百一十四条拾得遗失物，应当返还权利人。拾得人应当及时通知权利人领取，或者送交公安等有关部门。第三百一十九条拾得漂流物、发现埋藏物或者隐藏物的，参照适用拾得遗失物的有关规定。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。第九百八十七条得利人知道或者应当知道取得的利益没有法律根据的，受损失的人可以请求得利人返还其取得的利益并依法赔偿损失。
