释义	法律分析：不可以。根据我国《社会保险法》规定：职工应当参加生育保险，由用人单位按照国家规定缴纳生育保险费，职工不缴纳生育保险费。生育保险是公司提供给在职员工的一种福利，也就是说，个人是不能自己缴纳生育保险的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第五十六条职工有下列情形之一的，可以按照国家规定享受生育津贴：（一）女职工生育享受产假；（二）享受计划生育手术休假；（三）法律、法规规定的其他情形。生育津贴按照职工所在用人单位上年度职工月平均工资计发。
