原告去世,执行会怎么处理

法律分析：原告在申请执行前死亡的，依据法律的规定，原告的合法继承人可以代原告申请执行，由继承人继承原告的财产权。如果原告死亡，没有继承人，或者继承人放弃诉讼权利的，就中止诉讼。
法律依据：《最高人民法院关于适用《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》的解释》第五十五条 在诉讼中，一方当事人死亡，需要等待继承人表明是否参加诉讼的，裁定中止诉讼。人民法院应当及时通知继承人作为当事人承担诉讼，被继承人已经进行的诉讼行为对承担诉讼的继承人有效。
