释义	法律分析：明知自己已经感染新冠病毒肺炎而传播或者故意隐瞒新冠接触史、疫区旅行史、发热等情形，不报告、不隔离、不治疗，仍进入公共场所，传播危害公共安全的，按照以危险方法危害公共安全罪定罪。而对于不知自己是否传染新冠肺炎，因未及时隔离观察治疗造成病毒传播，情节严重的，构成过失以危险方法危害公共安全罪。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百一十四条放火、决水、爆炸以及投放毒害性、放射性、传染病病原体等物质或者以其他危险方法危害公共安全，尚未造成严重后果的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
