释义	法律分析：需要支付违约金。当事人之间订立合同，合同生效后，双方当事人应当履行合同，一方拒绝履行的，应当承担违约责任，违约责任计算方式根据合同约定，合同未约定的，根据守约方损失数额确定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十七条当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。第五百七十八条当事人一方明确表示或者以自己的行为表明不履行合同义务的，对方可以在履行期限届满前请求其承担违约责任。
