释义	毒品作用于人体，使人体体能产生适应性改变，形成在药物作用下的新的平衡状态。一旦停掉药物，生理功能就会发生紊乱，出现一系列严重反应，使人感到非常痛苦。毒品种类很多，范围很广，分类方法也不尽相同。刑法中的毒品是指鸦片、海洛因、甲基苯丙胺(冰毒)、吗啡、大麻、可卡因以及国家规定管制的其他能够使人形成瘾癖的麻醉药品和精神药品。这里需要注意的是，麻醉药品和精神药品并不都是毒品，使人形成瘾癖的麻醉药品和精神药品才是刑法所指的毒品。该内容由严达兴律师和法律部落共创回答
